A two-day in-person Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) training provides an immersive and hands-on experience designed to equip participants with the technical skills and Agile practices essential for effective Scrum development. The training typically covers topics such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Agile engineering practices, and collaborative problem-solving techniques. Through interactive workshops, coding exercises, and real-world scenarios, attendees gain a deeper understanding of how to build high-quality, scalable software within Scrum teams. The in-person format fosters dynamic discussions, immediate feedback, and team collaboration, enabling participants to refine their skills and apply them confidently in their workplace. By the end of the training, developers are better prepared to contribute to Agile projects, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and enhancing overall team performance.
