Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the course or subscription will be suspended. You will no longer be able to view course content, download materials, or access your assignments. Any certificates of completion will be invalidated.
All course progress, grades, and completed assignments will be permanently deleted from our system. You will not be able to retrieve this information after the refund is finalized.
If you wish to re-enroll in a course after receiving a refund, you will need to purchase it again at the current price. However, first-time refund customers are not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on subsequent purchases.
